CENTURY 21 Commonwealth Real Estate is Frankfort's leading real estate
company, having achieved that status by consistently providing professional
thoughtful and ethical real estate service. Originally established in 1976, the
company grew steadily to become one of the city's most prominent real estate
firms and, with it's merger in 1994 and recent acquisition in 1997 by Danny
Willis, it ranks at the very top in size, sales and quality service.
Today the emphasis of this full service office is on professionalism.
Our staff of well trained real estate consultants strives to provide our clients
with the ultimate professional service. The combined experience of Danny and the
other brokers and Realtors® represent over 100
years in the real estate business, including residential, commercial and farm
properties. All have served in various capacities with the local Board of
Realtors® and have been active with the Kentucky
Association of Realtors®.
As one of the nation's smallest
capital cities, Frankfort has a rich and interesting history, as well as a
number of historic homes and buildings. It boasts one of the country's most
beautiful Capital buildings and a stunning Governor's Mansion. The Kentucky
River lends many scenic vistas, particularly along the palisades, which are
visible from several areas of the city.
The population of Frankfort and Franklin County is
approximately 50,000. It's small enough to seem familiar, friendly faces, while
offering a major hospital, two full-service retirement centers, a state
university, an art foundation, an active Chamber of Commerce, a broad array of
city services, three high schools and many other amenities. It is within a
twenty minute drive of Lexington where the land is spotted with many of the
world's most famous thoroughbred horse farms. It's only fifty minutes from
Louisville, home of the Kentucky Derby, and ninety minutes from Cincinnati, one
of the nation's larger metropolitan areas.
Frankfort has a number of small industrial plants,
several of which center on the automotive industry. There is adequate rail
service, and Interstate 64 runs through the city. Frankfort is a "Kentucky
Certified City". With unemployment below average, and per capita income
above average, the quality of life in Frankfort is good. Interesting history,
good city services, excellent transportation and infrastructure as well as
striking scenery make Frankfort a very desirable city in which to live.
If you're new to Frankfort, the owner and consultants at
CENTURY 21 Commonwealth Real Estate welcome you to our city. We offer some of
the most professional real estate services available and we extend to you our
warm, southern hospitality!
