Q: What's my property worth?

A: There's no exact answer to that. Basically, your property is worth whatever a ready, willing and able Buyer will pay for it on any given day. However, in the Real Estate Industry, practitioners make estimates every day as to the potential value of their property, both to advise Buyers they're working with and to Sellers whose homes they're trying to market. We call this service a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). A CMA is simply where we compare your property to other comparable properties, both properties currently for sale as well as those that have already sold, in order to determine a probable market value.
