The CENTURY 21 Home Protection Plan is pleased to introduce the new Seller HVAC Coverage Option. For $75, Sellers can also be protected against costly heating, air conditioning and ventilation repairs during the listing, with just one low deductible per service call.* For this coverage, simply select the Seller's HVAC Option on the application and include a check or credit card number for the payment of the $75 fee. Your HVAC system will be covered during the listing period, up to 180 days.
Whether you select the Seller HVAC Option or not, if your home does not sell within the listing period, your coverage ends and you pay nothing - no additional fees, no repair bills. Your only out-of-pocket expense will be the deductibles for any approved claims and the HVAC option fees, if selected.
